.Realize that some cars in bad weather can't handle road conditions as well as your sporty .....SUV. People drive slow for many reasons. "Slow" here means driving slower than you. Here are a few reasons, so try forgiving people: Elderly drivers can't react fast and are afraid to drive fast. The person ahead of you may have experienced a tragic accident recently. So the reason for their driving slow could be that they're now just being cautious. People get lost and may be trying to find their way back. People may be sick and are unable to cope with normal driving conditions. People may have had one too many traffic summons. They may be avoiding the fuzz of getting another. People may be used to strict driving conditions where they come from and may not be aware of the relaxed rules here. ..Did you signal to move over, and the knucklehead still wouldn't let you in? Here's a few ......reasons to consider: Your taillight may not be functioning. Your taillight may be functioning, but the other person's driver's side windshield corner may be obstructing view of your taillight He might be distracted by another driver or be trying to move over another lane himself. Your lights are covered with snow or dirt. If you jam on the brakes in front of someone to "punish" them, you are not only endangering lives, but you could be fully liable for any accidents. People do make innocent mistakes. Realize that nobody woke up this morning to get you. How could they when they don't even know you? Finally, realize that some little girl is waiting for her daddy or mommy to come home tonight. Don't take that away from the child.
